Mona Brawley is the President/CEO of Mona Brawley Coaching, LLC. She pastors alongside her husband, Dr. Don Brawley III who is senior pastor and founder of Impact Church located in Snellville, GA. Mona has been a certified Master Coach Trainer for Dream Releaser Coaching since its inception (2010).

She has been married to her college sweetheart, Don, for more than thirty years. Together they graduated from college, were ordained and licensed, and now pastor Impact Church which they began twenty-six years ago.

She is the proud mother of their three birth children and two by marriage, Brandon (Kristie), Chantelle (Marquice}, Aaron (Adeline) and grandmother to Isabella. In 1996, Mona founded Women of Impact Ministry, a woman’s ministry dedicated to inspiring and challenging women to reach their fullest potential in Christ Jesus.

Her formal training led her towards education. She is a seasoned tenured elementary educator with the Gwinnett County Public School system where she serves as a STEM/Math Specialist. She is admired by many for her keen ability to balance work, ministry, and family while maintaining her passionate pursuit of God.

Through the years, God has ordered her steps, which have led to many personal, professional, and spiritual accomplishments.  Mona was voted Local Teacher of the Year by her peers in August 2020 and wrote and earned over $50,000.00 in grants to fund programs.  In March 2018, she was awarded Elementary Teacher of the Year by Gwinnett Alliance for Gifted Education for using her unique gifts to motivate gifted students to achieve their personal best.

Her desire is to give back to others what God has planted in her. Mona’s enthusiastic and passionate pursuit of her God-given purpose led her to continue her education at Regent University. She earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring in May 2010. 

As a Life Change Strategist, Mona champions purpose and transformation by inspiring hope and encouragement to those who dare to believe they can change their lives. She enjoys motivating others to fulfill their God-given purpose while on earth; therefore, Mona Brawley Coaching was birthed. She takes pleasure in encouraging individuals to pursue and “reach the apex” of their potential utilizing coaching, mentoring and motivational speaking.

Mona penned a course for Dream Releaser Coaching 2012, titled Living Life on Purpose. She has been a featured author for Christian Magazines, You CAN Coach, The Professional Coaching Handbook. She employs her unique wealth of experience as a Christian, pastor/pastor’s wife, seasoned educator, woman, mother and now grandmother to spur others to action.
